Tree Risk Assessment
Assessments performed by an ISA TRAQ-certified arborist
A tree risk assessment is a structured evaluation of a tree's structure, health, and the targets around it. It's how we turn ‘something looks off' into a clear, defensible plan.

Why It Matters
Trees usually give warning signs long before failure. A timely assessment can catch them — and either confirm a tree is sound or guide a focused intervention.
How We Rate Risk
We follow the ISA's TRAQ methodology. It's the industry-standard framework for evaluating tree risk. Every assessment weighs three things: how likely a tree or limb is to fail, how likely it is to hit something if it does, and how serious the outcome would be if it did. Together, those factors produce a clear risk rating; Low, Moderate, High, or Extreme.
- Structure & form
- Lean and root plate
- Deadwood & hanging limbs
- Trunk defects, cracks, cavities
- Soil & root zone signals
- Site targets and surrounding risk
